At Baggetta_Ware Teacher Tech we want you to be happy with your purchase, so we will work with you to assure that the software is working to the best of its ability.

Since we are dealing for the most part in a non-returnable item (software), we will not be able to give refunds for software downloaded or purchased on CD.  For many of our pieces of software we offer a demo or trial program, and we encourage you to download and try the program(s) before making your purchase.  In the future we will not give refunds for downloaded or purchased software if we make available a trial or demo version.   If we do not offer a trial or demo version of the program, please read the documentation, which we will supply you with free of charge.  Where we do not offer a trial or demo and you find that there is a legitimate problem using the software you have downloaded, we will give a refund.  You will have two weeks from the time of purchase to ask for a refund, if a refund is applicable.  If your software file is corrupted or defective (CD's for example), we will replace the software free of charge.  If at any time in the future you have lost your installation disk, please let us know and we will replace it free of charge, either in the form of a CD or a download file.  Since software is not materially returnable, we ask you to please be honest about your requests.


Before returning any software for any reason, please contact us at abaggetta@comcast.net for approval.  Explain what the software is, when you purchased it, and just what the problem is.
